We collaborate in four phases.
Phase 1 Enquiry – we have a conversation based upon your answers to the ten questions below which you will be asked to have on hand for our first meeting on zoom or face to face. 2 hrs
Phase 2 Establish – 3-4 days later we reconvene. I’ll have reviewed your current product and service offerings, website, social media, newsletter, and if it applies, your physical premises. I’ll present to you a select family of nouns and verbs that describe the intention, desire and feel of you and your business. We will come to agreement on the core essence together. It has to sit right with you before we go any further. We’ll review what currently works; and what needs to be removed, adjusted or added. We take our time here. 2-3 hrs
Phase 3 Implement – this is where you go away and make the changes. With renewed clarity and focus you will find the decisions for photography, graphic design, website, newsletter, social media content & frequency, events etc becomes clear. I don’t do this part with or for you, but I can offer suggestions for third parties who can. For example, how to find a social media content employee.
Phase 4 Review meeting to review, enhance, adjust what you have put to work. (Could be remote). 2-3hrs
Initial Questions

Let these questions settle and allow the answers to come in over a couple of days. Do not analyze, second guess, filter or adjust the answers to what you think they ‘should’ be Just, let it hang out and be honest. Keep your phone handy and save your answers in real time. Remember, some of this will come easily, other parts will be harder to pin down, and that’s OK.
